Agreesplit Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Agreesplit app ("App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to follow these rules.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Agreesplit. The App is not intended for children under 13.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, resell, or exploit the App or its content.

You are responsible for your account and keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information during signup and notify us promptly of any unauthorized activity.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent yourself.
• Post false, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App or its data.
• Harass, stalk, or make repeated unwanted contact with other users.

You own your uploaded data (messages, agreements, screenshots). By uploading content, you grant Agreesplit a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and make it available as necessary for App features and functionality. You are responsible for your posted content.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time.

Agreesplit and its content are owned by Agreesplit Inc. Except for your own contributions, you may not copy or distribute App materials without permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, or enforceability of agreements. Use is at your own risk.

Agreesplit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, disputes, or unenforceable arrangements, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agreesplit against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

We may update these Terms, with changes posted in the App. Continued use means you accept the updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA.
